A pleasantly furnished 35 square meter space, a 20 square meter shaded garden delimited by laurel hedges, this is the next setting to savor your fruit juice or read your novel.
On the ground floor of the residence are 2 studios, out of sight.
With their kitchen area and the private terrace (20 square meter), you enjoy a space harmoniously adapted for a relaxing stay.
The sleeping area has a bed (180 × 190 cm) and the sofa bed is convertible. It can accommodate a child under 12 years old. The careful decoration has been designed to let the light enjoy waltzing until sunset.
The garden is landscaped and planted so that you can enjoy the outdoors in the best conditions.
